Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! We love custom orders! Please inquire, and we can start chatting more about it!

How far advance should I book?

I recommend booking 6-8 months out to secure your date in my books. We can always book earlier if you would like.

Can I UPDATE my order after my deposit is made?

I understand you will not have final headcounts when we initially booked. You can make requests up to two weeks before the event. Changes will reflect in your final invoice.

How much does your shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by your location, size, and weight of the signage

Do you offer rush orders?

Contact us and let us know when you need your wedding signage by, and we will let you know if we can make it happen! Rush order fees will apply.

What if my signage comes damaged?

We take great care in packaging our orders, but it can happen during transit. Contact us with a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue.

Do you offer returns?

Because all signage is entirely personalized, we do not offer returns.
